Has anyone ever shared the importance of eyeshadow bases with you? If not, here it is. Eyeshadow bases are useful for three great reasons...
1. They prevent your eyeshadow from creasing
2. They make the eyeshadow color stay longer
3. They make the eyeshadow give its true color
