So I had to tell you about one of my favorites in life... Miss Jasmine Fowlkes. She was a student when I was in grad school at the University of South Florida and we served on some judging panels together. She's a go-getter with a heart of gold and I love her to pieces. She's so fabulous that she won a huge contest to meet her favorite celebrity Beyonce' and a photo shoot with none other than Nigel Barker, the noted fashion photographer.
